The ground level foyer is huge, and on the oceanside of this foyer you will find a great spot for continuing your daily exercise routines throughout your vacation. From this ground level you have the option of choosing the elevator or the stairs to access the upper living levels. The elevator will quickly transport you from the ground level and all the way to the top. If you choose the stairs, you will notice the beautiful circular architecture of the staircase as you ascend to the first living level. This first living level is the recreation level of the home and you will find a theatre room, a cozy sound side seating area with table and chairs, a full kitchenette with sink, full granite bar counter, bar stools, microwave, beverage fridge, coffee pot, blender, pub table with 4 chairs, and a living area with sectional sofa, chairs and a large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall and a convenient half bath. From this recreation area you will also find sliding glass doors that open up to an oceanside balcony. From this balcony as well as all others above you will be able to access the stairway that leads you to the rooftop hot tub. From this rooftop vantage point you will certainly understand why the name was chosen – Forever and a Day. From here, you can see as far as the eye will allow in all directions, the Intracoastal Waterway to the rear and the ocean to the front. Just imagine this while relaxing in a huge bubbling hot tub and sipping on your favorite wine. Be here early morning and enjoy the gorgeous sunrise as it ascends over the horizon. Be here in the evening and enjoy the burning sunset as it slowly descends across the Intracoastal and bay waters to the rear of Topsail Island. WOW, you will not want to leave this spot! The theatre room is a real treat for a movie night. You will find 9 comfortable theatre chairs that recline as well as each is equipped with retractable food trays. Also, on this recreation level you will find three bedrooms, each with their own private bath. On the oceanfront and south side of the home, just off the kitchenette you will find bedroom 1 which is a large bedroom that is equipped with a king bed. This bedroom is not full ADA compliant (handicapped) however it does have several handicap features such as wide doorways, sink to accommodate wheelchairs, a large walk-in shower with handicap bars etc. This bedroom has a ceiling fan, TV, dressers and nightstands, wall art and it provides direct access out to the oceanfront deck that is equipped with comfortable captain’s chairs. Across the hallway on the north side of the home (oceanfront) you will find bedroom 2 that is equipped with a queen bed, dresser and night stands, TV and a private bath with tub and shower combination. This bedroom also provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find comfortable captain’s chairs. On this same side of the home (north facing) you will find bedroom 3 which is equipped with 4 sets of bunk beds and will sleep 8 comfortably. This room also has a private bath with tub and shower combination. This is a great spot for the kids to hang out. As you ascend to the second living level you will first be greeted by a cozy seating area - the library. Here you will find a quiet spot to get away from the crowds and enjoy a good book while lounging in one of the comfortable arm chairs with ottomans. Extra-large windows here showcase the sound side view from the home with the Intracoastal Waterway in the background. This second living level is considered the main bedroom level which contains five bedrooms with private baths as well as the extra sleeping quarters room with a private bath. This level also houses the laundry room which is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
