This is a two-story-villa where we rent out the whole first floor.
The house is located 10 minutes (4 miles) from the beautiful Negril beach in a quiet and relaxing site.
Your own floor, which is totally separated from the upstairs floor, has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.
We have now added two more bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms which also are available for rent. These are on the bottom floor of the villa as well but separated from the ‘original’ area. The new space has its own entrances and you cannot move between the two units unless you walk outside.
For the original area – the two bedrooms incude AC. Hot and cold water is available in the shower and kitchen.
Inside the place there is a washing machine for our guests.
The floor has a veranda with chairs...

Hill and Gully with Puppies😊
We stayed for a month. Host communicated well with us. Although the place was basic and needs updating, it was comfortable for our needs. Reds the manager was great and super friendly, which made the stay even better. During our stay the hosts dog gave birth to puppies, our dog thought this was great. The family of neighbours were super friendly and guided us to various restaurants and beaches. The road to the property was like a roller coaster but our rental car survived, the daily trips up and down the steep hill. At night you can only hear the sounds of the tropics, and then wake up to a beautiful view of the hills and watch the humming bird come up to the feeder on the balcony. A good stay for Negril.

Great Villa, Close to the Beach
This was our second visit to Villa Svahn. It is clean and comfortable. The veranda has awesome views. This property is beautiful, private, secure, safe. The hill to the villa is challenging. It is a dead-end road so it is very quiet and peaceful.
The owners are very nice and helpful. They helped with all our questions and requests. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. We found it quick and fairly easy to get to the beach whenever we wanted.
We will definitely be booking with Rikard and Verona for our next vacation.

Private and Clean!
The owners have had great communication throughout the rental process. Verona was very helpful to ensure we found the location that first night, as we arrived at night. It is hidden and up a steep hill but once we arrived it was awesome! In the day be mindful for landmarks and you will have no problem coming and going. It's easy to get a taxi but having access to a car is a huge benefit.
The only drawback was the second bedroom is very small and the mosquitoes were relentless on the verandah.
The views were lovely,the space was clean and the AC, cable and hot water were always working.
I would recommend this location for sure. Thank you to the owners for being so helpful and accommodating. Your home was lovely, clean and safe.
