There are a number of hiking and biking trails just steps from your door and you will have access to five ski resorts within 30 minutes. The Dillon Marina and amphitheater is less than four miles away where you can rent a sailboat, kayak, paddleboard, or catch a weekend concert or movie. You are also a short five-minute walk to the free Summit County shuttle bus stop. There is a grocery store ten minutes away. Uber is also available depending on demand.
