During the last 15 years we have stayed in many hotels,apartments etc in Israel. This year, my husband and I stayed at this Condo and were very pleased. From the fist email where we initial request information to the day we left-31 days later, we have been very happy with all our dealings with the owner and her contact in Israel.
The condo was as stated in her advertisement, and her amenities for us to use were beyond anything we had hoped for. All the items that I usually have to purchase, ie" soap, laundry detergent etc. she has supplied. What a pleasure to not have to run out to the store immediately.
Each room was exceptionally clean and she has even supplied paperback books to read, binoculars to use, and board games to while away the days when we stayed inside;
The balcony is small but we enjoyed out meals there while we looked at the beach and beautiful sunsets.
I have plan to return to this condo in the next couple of months.

Perfect in every way!
Great location, lovely apartment on the beach, orthopaedic mattress, clean, comfortable with all amenities. Agent easy to deal with.

Very Best Spot on the mediterrain in Israel
Myself and my wife had the opportunity to reside in the above apt
For three months.Our stay without question was the very very best
times of our lives.The apt is amazing,spotless clean,great area, the
best location for public transportation,it doesn't get better!!!
The owner is wonderful,along with the on agent in charge which is
fantastic as she can assist you immideatly and always answers you.
Don't think twice you will not be disapointed as we stay for three
months and very very sorry we had to return to the states.
We will and are coming back to,this piece of heaven in Israel.

Little Gem in Hirzliya Petuach
My husband and I just returned from a stay in Herzliya Petuach. We rented the apartment online. It turned out to be more than we expected. It is conveniently located on a quiet part of the beach, immaculately clean and well equipped. It is in a lovely building. The contact person for the rental was very accessible. I highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent vacation spot in Herzilia with amenities,private parking, swimming pool, gym,..beautiful beach front view! Easy access to mall, Marina pubs & restaurants, Tel Aviv! Clean apartment..bright, sunny rooms..I am so looking forward to staying here in the near future! I miss Okeanos already!

Amazing experience
This is the 7th time we have stayed in the Marina in Herzliyya and the first time in this particular unit. This is our best experience, bar none. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and care is given to details to make you feel at home. A huge walk in closet (uncommon), very helpful amenities (extra hangers, scale, hooks to hang up extra clothes, hamper, shampoo/conditioner,natural), iron/ironing board, hair blower, etc...). the owner's representative was very attentive, addressed any concerns immediately, and was very accommodating. All in all, it was a great experience and we look forward to our next stay in this unit. Highly recommended!!

ideal
Positives:
-spacious apartment for my wife and 2little boys, utility /safety room was ideal for my 10month old to sleep in the travelcot provided.
-lovely view of beach
-stunning lobby / reception area
- 3 minute bus ride away from a lot of the kosher restaurants in the industrial area
- great big adult pool and kids pool with shade (though no shade in the afternoon !
- pool was relativelyquiet so none of this early morning rush to go reserve a sun bed, plenty of space.
- good value in comparison to staying in a hotel with only the lack of breakfast really the difference.
- free wifi
- apartment has everything you need (tin opener, Shabbat , travel adaptor, candlesticks etc... I.e things we forgot to bring with!)
negatives :
- shame you have to pay for the cleaning as thought this is something that should really be included in the price.
- no automatic doors in lobby area make carrying luggage, buggy a bit tricky!
- could have done with some more beach towels as there were none by the pool area so bees to bring your own
- would also be nice if there was the option to purchase breakfast from hotel, its free if staying in hotel but would be nice to have the option to buy if not staying in hotel part.
- only 3 kosher restaurants within walking distance at the mall, majority are in the industrial area

Perfect!
My husband and I have extensive family in Israel but wanted privacy. This apartment gave us just that! The quiet building, the polite front desk people, the cleaning lady, the dry cleaning service - all were exceptional. The position is perfect too, just between Tel Aviv and Netanya, were our families reside. The restaurants at the marina are excellent. All in all, we will come back and recommend this apartment to everybody!

Wonderful experience!
Two of us stayed in this beautiful apartment and loved it. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the living room and the bedroom. Everything is clean and in good condition. The location near the marina (but not too close) was ideal. We hope to be back for longer. Thank you so much for sharing your home and enhancing our Israel trip.
