This place sucks!

DO MOT RENT THIS PLACE!!!! My family and I rented this house. It is infested with mosquitos. The landlord is a compulsive liar and thief. We moved out of the place because of the following reasons: The house is infested with mosquitoes, ants, other many bugs. Water leaks found from ceiling which it makes a mess. The landlord stole my soccer ball which I saw his kids playing with it. He said he took it from pool because he thought it was from precious tenants while we were staying there. The house got broken into. They made mess of the laundry room. Clothes and shoes got stolen. At the beginning of stay, the landlord said it was owned by him and his brothers. When I asked for my money back. He said it was owned by a guy in France and that he won't give us the money back. After that said that the guys lawyer from France will be contacting me which is a big lie. A week after and nothing, still waiting. I am sure him or his family were the ones who broke in. Again, DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Terrible experience

Since we booked the house we needed to ask for the booking papers and payment bill. Pamela said she will send it and we needed to wait for days to get it. The only way she send the papers was when we told her to give us back our money. It is a comfortable house, but it was a little bit dirty when we arrived. Dust and dead insects found on the counter top and inside furniture. Maintenence is required. The grill and stove with stains and dirty. The pool has oil stains ( sunscreen I guess) , pool area was dirty with moss .It was gross to walk there. The garden grass very high. Door locks were not working properly. Hot water for only one bathroom ( the house is for 10 people) We needed to ask to fix one to shower "properly". Light bulbs without working. Air conditioner of one room stopped working and they did not fix it. The other one was dripping water all the time. We did not like that we needed to " ask for everything" things that should be ready and prepared before we arrived ( towels, bed sheets, plates). The day we left we send messages to the 2 people in charge ( Pamela and Enoc) to give them back the keys. They did not answer so we left the keys on the door and close the gate from outside. Terrible service.
