The property was o.k., clean. There was an incide...
The property was o.k., clean. There was an incident with the property manager, who I believe is the owner. Instead of trying to help with the matter, he argued, and made it seem like we were wrong, when in fact, we were just going off the pictures as advertised. It would not have even mattered to us except for the way he reacted and responded. We would not stay there again, not because of the condo but the actions of the manager.

Great location for an Ybor City stay. It is only a couple blocks from the center of the action, yet it is far enough way to be quiet. Listing information was very accurate. Jimmy was able to accommodate a late check in for us.
Would definitely stay here again.

My father was scheduled for major surgery and subsequent recovery at Tampa General Hospital. My parents live a 35-75 minutes drive from the hospital. To mitigate the hours-long round trip, I searched for alternatives to local hotels.
This condo fit the bill. The location was perfect. The private parking is convenient. The property is spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. It’s within a short walk to the iconic Columbia restaurant. The Ybor City chickens are tolerable and part of the local charm.
The communication with Jim was clear and timely. I will definitely consider a staycation here in the future.

We had issue with lighting(unable see In kitchen. bathroom & living room plus bedroom). Light was so dim in kitchen we were unable to cook or even prepare coffee!!!! Hole in living room ceiling, people upstairs probably seen us from down below!!! Floor was dirty, my white socks were black
Very unhappy with our stay. Plus the window in back bedroom, the screen is broken & ready fall off!!!!!!!

We arrived very late to this homey condo due to delayed flights and connections. This place is situated a very short walk to the lively happenings of Ybor City. I reached out to Jimmy to let him know of our late arrival, and he was very responsive and accommodating. My husband, adult son and I were very comfortable and felt relaxed within the "zen" vibe this gem gave us each time we arrived home from exploring the area. The showers are hot, though there is an issue with hot water flow from the sinks, which could be a concern for anyone doing any handwashing of dishes, etc. (There is a dishwasher, which we used without issue.) Shampoo, conditioner, and bath towels are provided, as is toilet tissue. All other toiletries, including soap, will need to be brought along with you. There was one washcloth and hand towel available to use, which we were grateful for since we forgot to bring one, as was advised in their description notes! Loved the location, with parking for 1-2 cars behind the building...would stay again!

The property was great. Clean and just enough room for four adults. It was close to the convention and convenient to restaurants. The only hiccup was that we didn’t know that we would be sharing the neighborhood with roosters. But it was all good once we got used to them. Would have appreciated napkins and paper towels in the kitchen. Overall great experience.

This home was beautiful and placed perfectly from the night life. The roosters walking freely in the streets was an added bonus. Highly recommend this home
