SO perfect.
We traveled to Sayulita with a group of 9 to celebrate my sister's 30th and this house (or two houses) were so much more than we expected.
Martin (house manager) was available to us for anything and made our stay so easy. It is not far from town, but we definitely would not have walked had we not had the golf cart, so that was a huge plus! The rooms were super comfortable and most were much bigger than expected.
It should be noted that while it looks like one house it is actually two, but this didn't matter much at all. We all congregated in the larger kitchen as though it was the center of both houses.
The views were insane, and the sunsets were magical. Book it.

Came down for a perfect surf week away from the rain and drizzle! Cant begin to say how relaxing it is to watch the sunset in shorts on the deck drinking a Corona listening to the waves. Like the Visa commercial says: priceless

Stop off in Sayulita please!
We stopped in Sayulita on the way to Costa Rica and we may even come back for a month on the way back we liked it so much. I bit loud down in the town at night but thats just the young people for ya. North side is for certain the best side of town and we loved the house. Thanks again

We stayed for a week at the end of March and we love it . This is our fourth time to sayulita and each time we really enjoy our stay. Once you get to know the area it does feel like home. The house was awesome

There is certainly no shortage of places to stay in Sayulita, but it would be difficult to imagine a house better located, with staff more kind and giving, and facilities more beautiful than at the Piedra blanca
The staff was great. We were treated the first night we went inot town in the golf car which was very fun and had a great italian meal.
The Villa was just exquisite, it offered so much more than the waterfront view we'd hoped. It faced the water, and the sunsets were out of this world. As our friend explained, "the views outdid the house". they've got a great terrace and pool deck to sun (with bar and down the hill is early morning yoga classes, more than makes up for the food i ate!
What each room does have, and if you love to read you'll appreciate this, is its own small cozy place to sit and read, i did some light, some heavier reading. Pool is fantastic and located above ground level, but you're at the beach, right?
If you're headed to Sayulita--which we plan to do again and again and again--you could not choose a better place to stay than the Piedra Blanca . We've stayed at more than a few places over the last few years, and this is one of the best.

great view sunsets were incredible
The property was first rate from the initial booking, to handling our requested extras to meeting on site for a tour and explanation of property features to an on time cleaning crew. The property was ready to go the minute our party of six adults and three children (two were toddlers) arrived.
The house and grounds were completely as promised and as shown in the photos with:
• full aC, screens and fans, great TV and stereo system,
• three bedrooms 2 up, 1 down, all are en-suite, all have showers,
• master suite is huge with a great terrace looking over the pool and out to the ocean,
• comfortable beds and linens, more than enough towels etc., complete and well stocked kitchen, beer fridge
• dining room can handle ten plus five at the kitchen tabe,
• fabulous pool (80 degrees plus) , a pool ramp area that works great for toddlers,
• full sized BBQ beside the pool
• a complete range of pool seating and recliners, expansive pool deck, huge supply of beach towels and kids toys,
• parking in driveway for two cars in a quiet residential neighborhood that is an easy trip down to the town center in golf car
• fabulous western exposure, some long distance whale watching and gorgeous sunsets,
•250 yards to the beach, great sand and views Great for beach combing, walking and wading.

casa roca is the best home in sayulita for sure
Stayed here a week at Christmas and couldnt be more happy when we arrived. Its beyond anything we expected and was more in line with homes we have stayed in, in Punta de Mitaa

This place definitely met our expectations! We were a group of 6 30+ year olds meeting up a fun weekend getaway. The house fit 6 comfortably.
The bathrooms were out of a magazine they were so beautiful...and there was definitely enough room in the house for 6 adults and not feel crowded. The pool was great, especially for the chilly nights in December

Minutes from everything...
i am speachless about the house, the view is unreal and the feel from the huge Pool terrace is stunning, especially at night
The best part is we can be in the town square for breakfast in 5 minutes or the beach or anything in 5 minutes. Its a perfect spot

Can't wait to come back
Very comfortable home. Steps from the water. We loved sitting out on the amazing pool deck, having coffee and watching the sun come up over the water every morning. Water is shallow and calm off the plaza- great for beginning swimmers and surfers. Away from the madness of Puerto Vallara but close enough for a half-day trip. Photos and description on the web site are very representative of the property. We wouldn't hesitate to go again.

ACCESSIBILITY The property is located on Nanzal Hill, Nanzal is a steep hill that overlooks the ocean, Villa Piedra blanca is accessed by what many would call a very steep road, gravel, dirt and cobblestones makes a true 4x4 the appropriate vehicle to drive up, additionally, the walk up does require some effort, and is hardly recomendable for elderly guests with severe mobility issues. Once on the property we have steep driveways and stairs throughout Villas Piedra Blanca. Let this not be a deterrent as we regularly host weddings with guests from all walks of life, the view and memories are spectacular .
