My husband and I have stayed in this house for 3 days in May and we liked our stay here. It had all the necessary amenities. The house was very clean and all the couches and chairs were in good condition. They even have many books and board games. The bathroom and bedrooms were very clean. However the only con is that the deck and the area near front entrance were not clean. We couldn’t use the deck space as it was very dirty. But other than that the place was really cozy and accessible to many trails and restaurants.

Felt like home! We had everything we needed for a weekend stay- but would have been happy here for months. Very roomy and homey. You can open the door to the deck for fresh air or bundle up next to the propane stove!

The house was nice and exactly as pictured. It was clean enough and the beds were comfortable.
However we were completely unable to reach anyone to help us with any questions and house wasn't stocked well enough for a 4-day stay.
We had 1/2 a roll of paper towel and hardly any extra toilet paper. I was surprised that there wasn't any olive oil or any other basics in the kitchen.
Overall, I think it would only take a little bit of extra effort to fix the issues that each person seems to be pointing out (the toilet, access to management, and having back ups of necessities).

We enjoyed a nice stay at the property. Clean, great location and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Property is managed through a rental service so asking questions and having access to the owner wasn't the easiest. Overall a great time, would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Timely and proactive Communication (vacasa) on our stay, check-in/checkout process were great. House very clean and for us an ideal location. We will book again. Thanks.

In general we enjoyed our stay in the North Conway...
In general we enjoyed our stay in the North Conway cottage. The location was amazing and hard to beat. You look right out at Cathedral Ledge and the neighborhood was quiet.
The pictures of the listing are accurate and the seating was adequate. The kitchen was mostly functional. Had some difficulty with the stove the first night not lighting.
There was a portable AC unit upstairs behind the dining table which we were grateful for because it was really hot and humid outside and in the cottage when we arrived.
The bedrooms, which are garden-level, were bright but it did feel a bit damp but thankfully did not smell. They had a tabletop fan in each bedroom but larger fans would be good.
The bathroom has been done in the last few years and is quite nice. We had to keep the exhaust in the bathroom going at all times to aid in drying things out.
Washer and dryer worked well.
The interior of the cottage was clean with a few stray cobwebs.
The windows, screens and exterior are in need of a serious cleaning.
The deck also needs some work with bent over nails that are somehow still sticking up.
I would give it an overall 3.5 stars but can’t give halves.
