The master suite on the second floor features a large private porch and a master bath. Also on this floor you will find another king-sized bed with its own bathroom as well. The laundry is located on the second floor by the stairway. As you venture to the third floor, you'll see another quiet porch that we've coined the Bird's Nest. This gem overlooks the entire courtyard and gives you a warm sense of place from a bird's eye view. The third floor is home to the queen-sized bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. The queen and twin bedrooms share a large, double sink bathroom located in the hallway of the third floor for easy access and privacy. All bedrooms have large closets to stay organized, dressers for unpacking and ceiling fans. Location, location, location. Our homes are in the heart of Virginia Beach and walking distance to the best restaurants, night life and live entertainment. The Virginia Beach Convention Center and Virginia Museum of Contemporary Arts Center are walking distance as well. Golf courses, putt putt golf, water sports, water parks, the Aquarium, concert venues and other entertainment activities are nearby. We have a very detailed hardback welcome book in the unit for easy access to all of our favorite local recommendations. We want you to live like the locals do!
