We were in town for an oyster festival just for the weekend and Tom's place was great. It had a shower with good heat and water pressure, a comfortable bed and couch, and a nice small fridge for restaurant leftovers. It was spacious for the two of us and a great landing spot for us to come and go throughout the two days.

Tom’s property is comfortable and clean, and is exactly as it appears in the photos. The bathroom was spacious and the efficiency kitchen met our needs. We appreciated being able being able to store our bicycles safely in the garage. Our only wish was that the TV had streaming capability.

This was my first time back in Wellfleet in about 7 years, having previously spent many summers here with my then young family dating back about 25 years. Tom and Mary's place is on the Truro side of Wellfleet, on a quiet back road, but still only a 12 min drive to S. Wellfleet. It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, well appointed, clean and tidy. And the brightly colored flip flops on the shower curtain always brought a smile to my face. I really appreciated having the use of two beach chairs and beach towels, as I was visiting from the West Coast. Do pack light, as you will need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the studio apt! Would definitely consider staying here again :)

Tom and Mary’s studio above their detached garage is a perfect place for a short visit to Wellfleet. Great location for ponds, beaches, bike trails, town. it’s very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We would definitely return. The 1/2 fridge was ample for our needs.

Not only was the location just perfect, but the space and the property owners were awesome. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Wellfleet is quaint and beautiful. Will be back … hopefully this spot will be available!

Accurate listing with helpful and accommodating hosts. Great location for outer cape getaway. Easy access to Wellfleet/Eastham towns. 20 min to P-town, 40 min (during peak season) to Chatham. Great location for beach and ponds. Highly recommend if you want quiet and relaxing outdoor experience with one other guest.
