We celebrated a wonderful Thanksgiving at this cozy cottage. Views were amazing, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare a proper Thanksgiving, and cottage was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed warming ourselves around the cozy gas stove. Check in was incredibly easy. We would love to return again and often.

We went here for our anniversary, and it was the perfect place for it. We had a complete rechage. The Colvins are always great and to top it off, we saw 32 whale spouts and one breach from the deck!

This was the most beautiful house we have ever rented, and we have rented quite a few, both on the Cape and elsewhere over the past thirty years. When we first pulled in the driveway, and then walked into the house, all we could say was "Wow!" and we said that many times. The weather was hot and humid during the week we rented, but not in our house, as the ocean breezes and great ceiling fans cooled everything off. There was an air conditioner in the master bedroom but we never had to use it. Absolutely beautiful deck and also a screened-in porch, both with fantastic ocean views. We had a wonderful time during our week there.

Absolutely loved our stay. The house is so welcoming and truly loved. We loved waking up to the sunrise and hearing the waves and wind at night. Truly a gem.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. It was clean, fully stocked and easy to get to. The beach was gorgeous even though we had a few days of cooler, rainy weather. The only minor complaints we had were that the screen porch wasn't fully screened since there was no screen on one of the doors, and the living room furniture was not as comfortable as other rentals we've been in. But the view and the proximity to the ocean were spectacular and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I enjoyed my walks on the beach more than ever.
The cottage has been my "go to" spot to clear my head.
Kelly (keeper of the broom) has been a pleasant constant through all my stays, though we have never met. You will be a lucky person if you get to stay at this property.
