This cottage is thoughtfully designed for comfort and great marsh views. The pictures of the house are accurate but it feels more refined and artful in person. A great location for long walks around the marsh in a setting that is perfectly quiet and natural. Good beds, sheets and towels make a stay very comfortable. Altogether, a lovely modern cottage in a great setting.

This is a very well appointed cabin with everything we needed for our stay. I am in love with the master bedroom and all those windows. It was amazing to wake up to the view each day. The constantly changing marsh was neat to observe from morning to night. You feel like you’re totally away at this place yet it’s easy to get to restaurants and such in Wellfleet and elsewhere. Can’t wait to come back - already thinking about booking it for next year.

This beautiful property was a perfect place for my daughter and I to catch up and spend memorable time together. We loved watching the tide always changing our view of the marsh, alive with birdlife. The kitchen worked so well for preparing meals and we appreciated the comfort and quiet location of the house.

My wife and myself booked a week long stay here and it was nice. The house is on a quiet dead end road on the bay side of Wellfleet, so we had a nice quiet week to ourselves. The house was clean and up to date. A few things that we realized when we got there was that the large sliding doors near the kitchen, while there is a beautiful view during the day, there are no curtains for privacy at night. Basically anyone on the other side of the marsh area can see in and it’s too dark to see out. It’s the same scenario upstairs in the large bedroom. There are curtains in the bedroom, but they’re not big enough to cover the entire bay window, which is a bit silly. One thing to note as well, that the washer/dryer is underneath the house, so you’ll have to go outside and around out back to access the laundry room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and in a beautiful location.

Perfect week
We had a delightful week at the house. Mornings are on the deck were my favorite way to start each day. The house had everything we needed and we’d love to come back! Thank you!

Quiet and relaxing.
The property was clean and well appointed. We were looking for a quiet and beautiful place and this spot fir the bill. The house is comfortable and has everything you need.

Location cannot be beat
We enjoyed our week at this cute cottage in a wonderfully scenic location. There were some very minor issues, e.g. no propane in the tanks for the grill, but the property manager was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

We loved the house!
The house has beautiful marsh views from the deck, comfortable beds and wonderful air conditioning. It's also in a great neighborhood with a marsh trail nearby that brings you to a bay beach. Close to everything Wellfleet!
