Only a strip of lawn, palm trees, a sea wall and the ocean!!! Clean and beautiful direct ocean front full size studio condo with all new furniture, appliances and a central split system air conditioner. It has everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. The kitchen has all new appliances including a refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker, washer/dryer, range, microwave, and dishwasher. The sleeping area features a king size bed, flat screen cable TV, DVD player, and wireless high speed internet. The bathroom includes a closet, jetted tub/shower combination with rain shower and handheld shower. We provide laundry soap, hand soap, bar soap, dish soap, beach towels, beach chairs, and all amenities to get you started on your vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, ice maker, coffee machine, coffee bean grinder, rice cooker, plenty of glasses, plates, dishes, pots and pans (even seasonings) to cook all your meals in the condo - if you desire. The condo is on the 4th (top) floor on the northwest corner of the building and is easily accessible via the elevator or stairs. It directly overlooks the ocean and has a large lanai area with two teak lounge reclinders, new teak dining table and two teak chairs. The views from the lanai are magnificent and you will want to spend all your time on in the privacy of the lanai. Sunsets are just fantastic as the condo lanai faces west. The Kona Bali Kai has beautifully landscaped grounds and makes for a dream vacation. The complex has a nice swimming pool area with a Jacuzzi. The ocean front condo complex is a dream come true for individuals who like to stay fit and enjoy an active vacation. The complex also features several ocean front BBQ’s, lounge chairs and picnic tables. World class surfing is also at the condo complex, so if you love to surf this is the place... It is just one and half miles from one of the best snorkeling spot on the island, Kahalu’u Beach Park. Surfing and paddling lessons are available at Kahalu’u as well as the beautiful Keauhou Harbor is within 3 miles of the condo - excellent kayaking from the bay. The condo complex is approximately 3 miles from downtown Kailua-Kona and 10 miles from the Kona Airport. The Keauhou-Kona trolley is available to take you into town should you not wish to drive. Kailua-Kona boasts a Farmer’s Market every Wednesday through Sunday and the Keauhou Shopping Center, 2 miles from the complex offers an Organic Farmer’s Market every Saturday. The Keauhou Shopping Center also offers free Hawaiian cultural events throughout the week. With so much to do you will need a vacation once you return home! CORNO VIRUS NOTES: 1.
