“Moonlight Kai” is a fully equipped, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located in the heart of the Cayman Kai community. It is part of the Kaibo Yacht Club Phase II Complex near Rum Point on the spectacular Caribbean island of Grand Cayman.
The complex sits on a pristine, white sandy beach that is caressed by the clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.
“Moonlight Kai” offers the privacy of the second floor, with 180 degree elevated views looking over the pool, the beach and out to the sea. This provides a backdrop for peaceful and romantic sunsets that are the very definition of what Caribbean evenings should look and feel like.

Amazing beach views
The location of this condo is the best view on the whole island.Boat trips can even be booked from the beach.A ferry runs regularly to Camana Bay and sting ray city boats run from here as well.We preferred this end of the island to manic seven mile beach.It is about an hour drive from the airport but well worth it.A car is essential to access different restaurants etc.Our favourite restaurant was Tukkas in the East end where you could feed the frigate birds each day at 5.20pm. Go early at 4.30pm for happy hour and tapas.The condo is well appointed with absolutely everything you need and Christine the owner is very helpful.

Absolute paradise
What an amazing place. Better than pictures, and better equipped than described. Beach, pool, amazing restaurant next door - what more could you ask for? It’s a bit of a haul from George Town, so if that’s your thing, perhaps not a good fit, but for us, we much preferred the Rum Point area anyway. Thanks Christine! We will be back.

Absolutrly awesome!
The Kaibo area is so serene. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all with the ability to book excursions right in the front yard then this is the place. The restaurant next door has great food and a live band beach party on Tuesday nights. So much fun!!! The condo is like staying in a 5* resort. This was our 1st condo experience and we are thrilled with the experience. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic apartment
Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Plenty of space. Balcony was meshed so no problems with insects. The recently upgraded white goods make this apartment even better. Lovely location in a quieter part of the island but still easy to access. Kayak and bikes were an added bonus. The proximity to starfish point, Rum Point and the bio bay make vista easy. The yacht club restaurant and bar next door offered a good selection of food and drink- the Tuesday evening bbq worth a visit.
The only disappointment was the beach/sea in the bay is not really for swimming due to jelly fish, boat traffic and the ‘lagoon smell’ - this isn’t the open sea.
Thankfully the lovely swimming pool made up for this. Had a fantastic holiday and would love to return.

Moonlight kai
Absolutely the best! Condo was sooo amazing! We loved our stay! The outstanding view! This is the bestt vacation condo! So private and quiet! It was like we were all alone! Morning coffee at the coffee shop, great food at the restaurant/bar. Reservations are required for the upstairs restaurant. We had some great bike rides, we kayaked to starfish point on the daily.. simply amazing! Best place to stay!

Great Property, Spic and Span clean, Great View, Idyllic Location
MoonLight Kai Condo was all we hoped it would be. Room enough for 4 adults, clean as a whistle, good water pressure, comfortable beds, and well-outfitted kitchen. Wonderful location on a quiet lagoon! Very nice view from the screened-in veranda (our 2nd floor location is much better than being on the first floor). You will need a car, of course, but the Rum Point area is fun to explore, and there are plenty of places to eat within a few minutes drive. The restaurant right next door has great food, by the way. The pool is right out back, and always crystal clear. You will enjoy your stay here - completely hassle-free.

Lovely vacation
What a wonderful family vacation thanks in large part to this great condo and wonderful hosts. The home had everything we needed and comfortably fit our family of 5. Great views and wonderful live music a few of the nights during the new year holiday. Didn’t play that late so there were no issues. Convenient to the yacht club restaurant next door and located close to rum point and north side attractions while being perfectly quiet and restful. It was our first trip to cayman and so glad we didn’t stay on 7 mile. Too crowded and commercial for our liking.
The kayak was great and were were able to see and touch starfish no even a 5 minute tow from the condo beach. Didn’t get a chance to grill but there was one available.
Two thumbs up. 👍👍

Great condo, great view, great time!
Beautiful and bright condo unit with an awe-inspiring view of the beach and the sea! The owner Christine M was friendly and provided email answers to all questions and was timely in responding with info. Private beach/pool/hot tub accommodated the Christmas week guests well. Met alot of friendly fellow guests on the beach. The Kaibo Phase 2 complex could use a few more loungers on the beach, though the 4 beach chairs (from the shed) were a good backup. Short walk (next door) to Kaibo Yacht Club for food and drink. Rum Point is 15 mins walk or a shorter bike ride away. Great Restaurants (Over the Edge, Tukka, the Lighthouse) within a 25 minute drive. Full kitchen and grill (buy charcoal) allowed us to cook in as well. Did some great scuba diving with with Red Sail Tortuga Divers at Morrits (25 min drive) and at Seven Mile Beach (45 min drive). Great having access to the 2 adult bikes (didn't use the 1 child's bike) and to the kayak! Great space for 4 adults and the beds were very comfortable. Really enjoyed the Christmas visit and will come back!!!!!!

Best vacation!!
The condo was beautiful, it truly has everything you need in paradise! From the amenities to the location to the views, I cannot say enough how much we loved staying at our home away from home. Christine was so helpful and made sure everything was fantastic for us. I hope when we go back someday that this wonderful place is available. It was amazing. Thank you Christine for letting us stay at your little piece of paradise for the week!!!

Love this place
2nd time staying in this beautiful apartment , love it ! great pool and stunning views of the picturesque beach and sometimes see some iguanas in and around the pool.
But the only down fall is the location ,40 minutes drive to anywhere really but if your not into travelling to the other sides off the island then great as it’s literally 10 steps away from the yacht club next door ,2 minutes drive to rum point or a 5 minute drive to starfish point , but all round great the apartment comes with a kayak which is great fun to mess with as we’re not the best at it , cayman is incredible and it’s upsetting seeing it get so popular but you can never get bored of this place ,already booked flights for summer next year.
